First class experience. From initial contact with Philip at Mossfords throughout the process, until completion of the work and beyond Mossfords customer care has been superb. The memorial itself is above and beyond any expectations. We are truly delighted, at this very difficult time, with our experience with Mossfords.

Philip helped me enormously at a very difficult time. He was very patient and helped me find the right stone and the right words for the engraving. He was a great sounding board. The actual headstone is absolutely beautiful. Superb quality and looks stunning! Well done all at Mossfords!

I couldn’t fault the service from Mossfords Cardiff. I don’t live in Wales so getting things organised could have been quite challenging, but Mossfords advice, knowledge and support from start to finish made everything so easy and stress free. I am delighted with the finished memorial plaque and can’t wait to see it for myself as soon as possible. Mossfords kindly sent me a photograph so that I could see the plaque in place immediately which was very thoughtful.

I cannot adequately express our gratitude for the exquisite craftsmanship of my father’s headstone. Your mastery of every detail—from the proportions and design to the materials—provided us with immense comfort as we made our decisions. In the midst of our grief, it was a profound relief to have you manage every aspect of the process with such grace. Navigating the choices of many siblings meant constant revisions; we were meticulous about every word and detail, knowing this would be the legacy generations to come would see. Despite our frequent changes to the italics, the gold leaf, and the Arabic calligraphy, we never felt rushed or pressured. You allowed us the grace of our own time, which is the true hallmark of exceptional service.Philip Blyth, your guidance was extraordinary. Words simply cannot convey how comforted we are by the final result. Thank you, Philip, for your patience, your insight, and your unwavering support. For anyone seeking a team that is as conscientious as they are reverent, I cannot recommend Mossford highly enough.

I recently had a burial chamber built by Mossfords at Pencoed Cemetery, this is my second chamber they have completed for me the first one was in September 2024. I must say that both chambers were done to a very high standard and they are a credit to them with the quality of workmanship. I would like to say thank you to Mr Simon Morgan and his team in Cardiff office for everything they have done for me and especially to Mr Huw Thomas from Porthcawl office who was responsible for the build from start to finish and was always in contact with me keeping me updated. Once again thank you .
Struan Robertson.

I recently engaged with Mosfords in Cardiff to remove , renovate and add an inscription to our family headstone following a bereavement.I can’t speak highly enough of Phil and his team and express how much I appreciated the empathy they showed me and how professionally they provided the service.Their craftsmanship was outstanding and I was sent a photo when it was completed and had been re installed. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them the service and craftsmanship is second to none and their communication was outstanding every step of the way. Thank you again for your service and compassion at such a difficult time.
