Mossfords were proudly named Family Business of the Year at the 2021 Cardiff Business Awards held in the majestic Cardiff City Hall in the heart of our wonderful city on Friday, November 26, 2021.
Family Business of the Year 2021 & 200-Year Anniversary
As a family-run company, we at Mossfords have been officially crafting monumental memorials for families in Cardiff, South Wales and beyond for two centuries as of 2021, so to tie this award in with our 200-year anniversary is something we are espescially delighted with and our entire team are immensely proud of the accolade.
A couple of months prior, we learned of our inclusion as a finalist for the 2021 Family Business of the Year award, and that in itself was something we were thrilled about as the core of everything we do is centred around family togetherness and making a continued meaningful contribution to our local communities.

Several members of the Mossfords team were present to collect the award, including some of our skilful masons and caring family advisors as well as much-appreciated members from the design and business side of the company.
Many impressive businesses & talented individuals in Cardiff
It was fantastic to see so many impressive businesses across the city come together towards the end of another difficult year for everyone to celebrate the remarkable work that we all do – one thing we did learn on the evening of Friday, November 26, 2021, is that our city is blessed with talent, creativity, warmth, positivity, and a willingness for us to all succeed and offer quality local, national and international products and services within our respective industries.
As we look forward with our plans for 2022, we promise to continue doing all that we can to meet our extremely high expectations and exceed them as often as possible for families across Cardiff, South Wales and beyond.
